We have employees all over the globe and now we’re getting ready to start hiring associates in Bosnia for the first time! You could be one of the first members of our team in this region.

If you have experience in customer service and amazing (near-native) English language skills, we would love to meet you! In this role, you would be doing in-depth product support for an exciting US-based software company that uses PartnerHero to provide 24/7 support to its customers.

  • JOB TYPE: Full-time (40 hours per week with paid time off)
  • SCHEDULE: Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday
  • LOCATION: Work remotely from anywhere you can get a strong connection; eventually we will open an office in Bosnia that you can work from with the rest of our team

Description:

  • Provide excellent chat and email-based support to the customers of a business software product
  • Help new customers learn how to use the product
  • Master the product by using it frequently
  • Clock into shifts on time and use Slack to keep in touch with your colleagues around the globe
  • Give feedback to the product team about common member pain points & feature requests so they can design better experiences.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and document user-reported bugs
  • Escalate issues that you don’t know how to resolve
  • Strive to make sure members feel taken care of and love this service

Requirements:

  • Amazing written & spoken English (please use your application to show this off)
  • 2+ years in customer service or equivalent role
  • Incredibly reliable and able to log on to your shift on time each day
  • Techie and comfortable with modern web applications
  • You can work on your own laptop (PartnerHero will provide you with an equipment budget after 6 months working here)
  • Strong internet connection in your primary working location with a designated back up location
