We are currently building a Brazil-based team for a technology partner that makes an innovative internet-connected device that allows homeowners to control water usage across their property. It’s part of an emerging field called “The Internet of Things” (IoT).

About You

You are empathetic, and a detail-oriented communicator with a love for providing the best support to passionate customers. This position requires a nerdy zeal for the fine details of water technology; you must love to learn, to seek out and make sense of new information. You can easily translate complex information into clear, relatable communication pieces. You know when to ask questions and are comfortable working with multiple teams, across time zones, and have a passion for helping people.


  • Manage inbound and outbound tickets in a timely manner (emails, chats, and social media inquiries)
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Be proactive with the use of tools and coworkers available
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep detailed notes of each call
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer tech support role
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Amazing (near-native) English communication skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Zendesk
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • You have the ability to empathize with customers and identify their pain points in using particular products
  • You enjoy working at a fast-growing and fast-paced startup company
  • You appreciate and align with our company values
