The Training and Curriculum Specialist is an ambitious, caring self-starter who will be tasked with developing new curriculum or improving existing material for partner programs. The successful Training and Curriculum Specialist will work well in large groups and be able to teach, guide, and mentor.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate existing curriculum and instruction for areas of improvement
  • Create new training materials based upon areas of need within partner programs
  • Measure effectiveness of partner training using measurable metrics and anecdotal output
  • Ensure trainees have all the resources they need to learn their roles successfully, including training materials from the client
  • Train/lead partner training programs/modules using engagement in a multitude of methods
  • Act as a supervisor and mentor to the trainees while in training
  • Develop assessments to evaluate training efficiency and create solutions to address areas of opportunity
  • Monitor training program KPIs in order to stay aware of metrics across your partner programs, from global insights to associate-level performance metrics
  • Work with your business partners to establish and maintain realistic program requirements
  • Meet with partner contacts regularly to discuss program KPIs, current initiatives, and partner needs
  • Maintain an open, positive relationship with the partner and identify opportunities to serve them better
  • Participate in weekly meetings with your Program Managers to ensure alignment with training initiative and Operational needs
  • Ensure there is a constant flow of trainee insights going from you to your internal and external stakeholders
  • Regularly update PartnerHero leadership and support organizations on program’s growth, financial metrics, risks, and any help you need to deliver on contractual requirements



Requirements

  • 5+ years experience training in a professional business environment
  • Ability to quickly learn and absorb partner culture, processes, and policies
  • Superior training methods, with a strong emphasis on engagement
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with experience creating and delivering KPI reporting
  • Proactive attitude and growth mindset; you’re always looking for new problems to solve
  • Tech-savvy (you are equally versed in a multitude of LMS platforms, Google Suite, and Slack)
  • Exceptional customer service sensibilities
  • Organized and effective manager of time
