Sales Support Representative for Giphy

The Opportunity: We're looking for an experienced, full-time Sales Support Representative to provide first-rate service to GIPHY's business partners.

You'll work for PartnerHero and be part of our amazing, forward-thinking culture. You'll also be working directly with members of GIPHY's Sales, Support, and Account Management teams based in the US, assisting in the processing of sales requests and account services.

Preferred experience includes a background in online support, customer service, data entry, and/or working in a B2B environment. And obsession with GIFS, memes, and Internet culture is a must! Sales experience is a bonus.

Location and Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 7AM to 4PM Mountain time
  • Work from our beautiful office in downtown Boise


Responsibilities

  • Solve partner inquiries via email for inbounds and existing partners (no phone calls required, just email!)
  • Gain deep understanding of GIPHY’s platform, tools, and moderation guidelines in order to fully answer partner inquiries
  • Use GIPHY's internal tools to solve customer support tickets
  • Use existing macros to answer emails from partners to solve their partner inquiries
  • Craft specific responses to partner inquiries to ensure partners receive white glove service
  • Liaise with members of GIPHY’s internal Support, Sales, and Account Management teams when needed for information
  • Use Zendesk and Gmail to manage support tickets and ensure partner satisfaction
  • Identify sales opportunities in existing GIPHY user base
  • Always identifying and delivering additional value to partner accounts
  • Acting as a point of escalation between Support and GIPHY’s revenue team

Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience online customer service role
  • Extremely polished written communication skills
  • Extremely tech savvy and able to find creative solutions to any problem a partner throws your way
  • You're obsessed with GIFs, memes, and Internet culture
  • Familiar with GIPHY and GIF making
  • Detail oriented to the extreme
  • Experience using Zendesk or other online support portals preferred
  • Previous participation in or moderation of an online community preferred
  • Sales or B2B support background preferred
